Banned_member
Good morning,
it's some day I received the error banned_member.
I remove all strange files (some software I saved in dropbox) bur the error still remain. It was never happened in the last ten years of use.
It's possible to recover the full operation in some way?
Thanks in advance
Riccardo T.

Where exactly are you getting the error? What are you trying to do when it appears?

In the mobile app says a generic error while in the computer a pop-up says banned_member. - Walter2 years ago

Hey thinkge, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that if it's been a while since you first got this error, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance.
To do so, make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information.
Once you do this and get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well.
