I have a similaar sort of set up but as you cannot differentiate on uploaded files (although it does ask email when people upload....!) what I've done is have a folder with the dead original title of 'File Requests' and inside there a structure of lots of subfolders, each relating to a Project or Person. Each subfolder is then a specific file request link so they are sorted for me that way :)
