Can I have someone uploading files to a file request, add a description as well?

How can I capture descriptions for individual photos through the file request feature? I'd like to add an additional response other than name and email.

    There is no option for that. You can add your own description for the request itself, or you can use automation to rename the files to include the uploader's name or keywords you specify, but there are no other fields for the uploader to supply additional information.
