Hi tdcazemle, let's jump right into this!
You mentioned that you tried to set a password to your content, and an expiration date using the app. What happens if you try using a browser instead? Do you see the option there?
Also, could you let me know the version of the app, that you're using on your end, and your device's OS?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

The browser (safari mobile) works perfectly fine. I can set password, exipre date and set disable download.
I am using 324.2 version (upgraded from last version i dont remember). My phone is iphone 13 pro max.l, ios 16.1.2 - Nancy3 years ago

Hey tdcazemle! I hope you don’t mind me jump in.
Did you notice this issue right after your Dropbox app was updated to the 324.2 version?
If you clear its cache, and then reinstall it on your mobile device, do you see any difference at all?
- tdcazemle3 years agoHelpful | Level 6Hi @Nancy
This problem occurred before the updated to 324.2 version. I then updated the app and see no change. Once you click on the File Settings option, you see nothing but a line Only You, and underneath it is your own email icon account.
I did tried to clear catch, removed app and reinstalled, no luck, same issue - Tefanoo3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi
Sorry to intrude, but this is exactly my same problem except that my phone is Samsung note 9. I have registered a complaint ticket for this issue but I did not get a feedback yet from support team.
What can I do? - Nancy3 years ago

tdcazemle, thanks for clarifying that!
Do you mind sending over a screenshot of the options you see, in this case, so that I may have a visual and investigate this further?
Also, hi Tefanoo! Can you send me the number of your support ticket? I'd like to check it.
