Can we create a file request for multiple users?

Is there a way to create a "generic" document request that will allow multiple users to submit documents to our team without our office having to create a separate request for each end user.  What ...

Yes :)

I do this all the time - I have 3 or 4 created for different 'things' and just share that link with those who need it. Then people just use them as and when necessary. 

So, just create the File Request as you usually would and share the link. The only thing to make sure is you dont delete the folder or the File Request itself :)
