Can't move or rename a shared folder on my account

My student shared a folder with me for a project, call it "StudentX". I want to move this to my folder of shared folders (so that it is at ~/Dropbox/Shared/StudentX".  However, whenever I do this v...

Yes, there is an icon of two people on the folder and the word "team" appears in a few of settings menus.  

I assumed this was a shared folder because we are sharing it, and it says "shared with other people". But it sounds like there is some technical difference.

Hey user71! Do you mind sharing a couple of screenshots of what you’re seeing, as well? 

More specifically, I would like a visual of what you see when trying to rename this folder via the Dropbox website and of what appears after that when you’re being asked to pay an additional fee.

Other than that, the folder icon that you mention in your last post sounds like this one. Can you please confirm?
