Have you searched your email for any correspondence from Dropbox related to the DMCA? I would reach out to copyright [at] dropbox.com to inquire about the alleged infraction.

Can you try to access your files once again via an incognito window and send me a screenshot of the error you keep getting, just to have a visual?
If you try to share any other files from your Dropbox account now, do you receive the same, or a similar, error?
