Dropbox not syncing with others I share documents with.
I cannot seem to get my documents to sync with the other I share with. They can't see my revisions and I can't see theirs

okay, so I should have them remove me and then re add to see if they cures the problem?

2 years agoYes please, toni R.
Also, please clarify if they're sharing a link with you, or adding you directly to the shared folder.
Let us know of any updates! Thank you!

Cool, thanks for clarifying, Toni!
In this case, please ask them to follow the steps mentioned above, and I'll be waiting for your update.

Awesome. Please let me know, once you’ve got more updates from them.

Hello, they have updated the file/report and I cannot see their updates. Please advise.

Thanks for giving that a go, Toni R. Are they also using the Dropbox website to update the files, or the desktop app instead?
If they’re using the desktop app, can they see their updates on their web account?
I’m trying to isolate the issue and make sure they’re not having syncing issues on their end instead.

It i s not on their end. Their is an entire team of using this document and I am the only one with the issue
- toni R2 years agoExplorer | Level 3
I received an email to add the folder in my dropbox account

Awesome, in this case, can I send you a ticket, in order for us to have a look into this internally?
- toni R2 years agoExplorer | Level 3
