Dropbox Transfer NOT working

I have used dropbox transfer for several years, however today.  11-18-23   it is not working.

Here is the dropbox instructions below.  My issue is when using Google Chrome. When I click the grid Icon on top left corner there is No drop down Menu. Nothing happens, is dropbox doing maintenance ? Why is there no dropdown menu ?

How to view and manage sent transfers

To view and manage transfers that you’ve sent:

  1. Log in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Transfer from the menu that appears.
  • It looks like there is some tech fault with the site and that button isn't working - a few of the SU Team have been to replicate as well. 

     

    We've already shared it with the Team. 

     

    As a workaround can you do it via https://www.dropbox.com/transfer ?

    We've already shared it with the Team.

    Thanks Mark,  This does help as a work around. I deal with a lot of real estate agents and I need to make it as simple as possible as many may not have a dropbox account and that's why I have stayed with dropbox. so when this feature stopped working was very frustrating. Mahalo!

    Today 11/21 Dropbox transfer stopped letting me change the expiration date. It defaults to yesterday and won't let me set it a week out. Is this related to the same problem described above?

    Hey hsaccount - sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if this persists on other browsers or after clearing your browser's cache?
