Open Dropbox links directly in explorer (windows) or in finder (mac)
This is the most important request ever! And it should be already implemented. Is to open dropbox links directly in explorer (windows) or in finder (mac), independent where the link is, whatsapp, slack, messenger, skype, any of then. Is a link, when i click today,. it always open the browser (Edge on Win and Safari on Mac), but should have an option, or in my point of view, the defult should be open in explorer/win and finder/mac. That is the way it should be. You can ask any computer user, and i know a lot ask for this and post helps about it. So, why still isn't like that? And most important, can you please do it fast? All community will give you a lot of love and more subscriptions back. Thank you!

File upload is stuck in endless "Finalizing" loop
I'm the owner of this account, have created a folder for it ("free" Basic), and used the proper Dropbox channel to UL a file to it. Plenty of space available fpr the file. The person the folder is being shared with received their "folder share" notification. The endless loop is a new glitch, and nothing else about my machine has changed. Mac M1 Air, OS 11.2.8, either Firefox 109.0.1 or Safari 14.1.2

Why am I getting a "Can't create folder" error when attempting to create a folder via web ui?
see screenshots below on the sequence. very frustrating an lacking in-app help of any kind to explain why. thanks in advance for help/ thoughts. 1 - navigate to menu 2 - select create folder 3 - give folder a name 4- error appears at bottom of screen

Photoshop won't save for web unless Dropbox Desktop & Documents backup disabled
This issue affects Adobe Photoshop and the Dropbox backup features on Mac Big Sur. When the Desktop and Documents are selected as Personal backup folders, it seems to mess up the Adobe permissions, so that the Save for Web option in Photoshop doesn't work. Only when you deselect the Desktop and Documents backup options do the permissions reset. Not sure if this is a Dropbox problem or Adobe problem. I found the solution in the Adobe forums here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/p-save-for-web-error-a-write-permissions-error-has-occurred-photoshop-22-1-1/m-p/11747734 Would be good if we could fix this so I can continue to back up my Desktop and Documents folders.

I Can not link my Yahoo mail to dropbox . Yahoo have removed the upside down v (next to the Attachment icon) that gave the option to Share from Dropbox . Does Dropbox now not support Yahoo mail or am I doing something wrong. Thank you for any help.

Suddenly slow upload speeds when using the desktop app on and the website.
As of today, I am getting incredibly slow upload speeds. It is currently maxing out at about 50kb/s and most of the time it is lower. I typically get 5+mb/s. Nothing on my end has changed and it was working fine just a few days ago. I’ve already seen multiple help threads talking about bandwidth limits but I have my account set to unlimited. Problem is consistent whether I use the desktop app or web browser. Any suggestions? Most of the other threads I can find are from a year or more ago and don’t end in conclusive fixes.

I'm trying to upload a small file, but finalizing is taking forever when using the desktop app.
Trying to upload a dng file that is about 90MB in size to my gallery - fter taking the 3 minutes indicated it has been 15 minutes with the screen saying 1 second left and "finalizing"...what is going on?
