Question or issue I’m trying to share .pdf files with my clients by redirecting (302) them to shared link with dl=0&raw=1 query params in link to force browser open it in browser. By the way, almost every russian client get file download, but receiving 0 bytes, error to download and somehow file name is file.pdf in downloads, but in dropbox is other name, something like Привет.pdf. I’ve tested it by my own and there is no problems. It opens in android and ios in different browsers. Is it problem that they trying to download file in russia?32Views0likes1CommentMy shared links won't copy to my clipboard on the web browser.
Device (Macbook Pro 2021) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (macOS 15.7.2 / Safari 18.6) Question or Issue Using Safari web browser on my Macbook, when creating a share link to a file or folder, even though it says the link has copied, it will not paste into an email or anything else. I've even tried to opening the standard Text Edit app and pasting as plain text. It just comes up blank. I've tried right clicking on the 'copy link' but that just pastes the folder path as the URL with with a # on the end (no permissions code). The clipboard on the mac also shows as blank after it copies. It wipes off anything I previously copied from the clipboard, so it's clearly trying to do something, but no link is actually being copied. So even though I can create the share link, I have no way of getting it on my laptop. The only thing that has changed recently is that I upgraded my OS to 15.7.2 on 17 Nov, along with the browser version. But I have shared a file the day after I upgraded. I've also tried other web browsers and I'm having the same issue. Other things will copy and paste fine in other apps and websites. Only having the issue with Dropbox. It works fine on the phone app. No issues there. Just in the web browser. That'll be my temporary solution for now is to create it on the phone app and send it to myself. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks Sean107Views0likes9CommentsSome new folders/files on desktop version of Dropbox aren’t showing in Dropbox.com

Dropbox App Version (if using the app) None Question or Issue Hello! What is the current, actual file limit PER FILE for Dropbox REQUEST files? I always believed it was 50GB, so I always asked my team to keep their uploads to 50GB per zipped file. However, a team member just uploaded a file that was 67GB, and I was able to download it without issue. If this is a change, I'd like to be aware of the new limit and to inform my team that the 50GB limit (which was always pretty annoying as our files tend to be over 150 GB per wedding), is no longer in place, making our lives easier. The reason I'm asking here is because I can't find any relevant or up to date information online. Everything I'm finding either mentions the 50 GB limit (which seems to have been increased), or doesn't talk about Dropbox Request, only Dropbox uploads in general. Thanks!Solved92Views0likes3CommentsError 415 when trying to print files from the website
Device (Computer) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) (latest version) Syncing Status (I don't know) Question or Issue Hi, I have a problem with Dropbox and I don't know which is the cause. I usually upload books I need at school in my Dropbox in order to use them with kids at school. Sometimes I need to print some pages from these books and every time I needed it always works. Now I upload other 3 books. The upload went ok, I can see the books on the website (and also at home) but from the website I can't print any pages. These three books go from 121,000KB to 139,000KB... the other books are less than 100,000KB. Could be this the problem? The weight? If it is correct, how can I solve the problem? Thank you61Views0likes2CommentsThe Dropbox app on Windows is stuck syncing forever
My Dropbox has been stuck on syncing around 11gb of files. It is our company's dropbox and my side is not being updated with new folders being put into the dropbox. I am working off a Lenovo Thinkpad. I cannot see which file is stuck or the syncing history anywhere. There are no syncing issues according to the system. This is all I have seen for the past few days.66Views0likes5CommentsUploads are painfully slow today both on the Dropbox website and the desktop app.

Speedtest and wetransfer behave normally, maxing out my connection. Dropbox is operating at DIAL-UP speeds! I am paying for Dropbox and expect more than 90's era upload speeds.
