Dropbox transfer thumbnail no longer shows on WhatsApp

hello now when send on whatsapp link dropbox transfer thumbnail not working this old screenshot and this now    I really need you back to old one

    I was sending a link now and found that the problem was solved

Have you checked if this is happening with links from other apps/services besides Dropbox, Adrian?

Dear Hannah, Other apps like YouTube and news link are showing thumbnail image with the subject title no issue except dropbox which usually shows the image/pic then the url link below, but since 22 Aug 2024, the image preview in whatsapp from dropbox image is showing blank.
