Error 400 when opening a link someone sent to me

I can not open a link received from other. It shows error 400. It is a link for pictures.

    Hey Snorre, thanks for joining our Community.

     

    A 404 error on shared links will show up if the content of the link, or the link itself is deleted by the owner.

     

    Is it possible that one of those is true? Can you ask the person who sent you the link?
