The photos from my phone do not show up in the Photos and Screenshots folders on my laptop

Bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop, Windows 11, last Dec. Since then, my photos disappear after uploading from my Samsung Galaxy phone. Photos file and screenshot file are still in my Dropbox App on the laptop, but photos don't show up. Also got a storage limit alert email. In the last two weeks also noticed that control-print screen screenshots not showing up in Dropbox screenshot file ? Is this just Windows trying to force me to use their program ?

    Hi there, mn48fan, thanks for letting us know about this.

    Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you let me know how you're uploading your photos and screenshots from your phone?

    Are you manually uploading them or are you using the camera uploads feature?

    If you open the Dropbox app on your phone, can you access your photos from their respective folders as normal?

    As for your storage limit alerts, can you send me a screenshot of what you see in your account settings here?
