Error 400 when sharing file link
I've uploaded an image file. Ensured that anybody with a link can view the image. Shared the link.
Anybody that clicks on the link, including myself, is met with an Error 400 "Something went wrong...

Either the link was altered when added to whatever platform you have it in, or the platform is altering the link when displaying it to the user. I would click the link so it brings you to the 400 error page, then copy and paste the URL from address bar into a text file, then paste the URL that you know works and compare the two.

Ok, turns out, that's exactly what's happening.
When clicking the link, an "amp:" is being added after each of the & symbols in the URL. Any thoughts on why that may be happening, and how to make it stop?
For context this URL is being posted on Steam forums.
