Here are snips from the browser view. I've asked them to provide snips of both browser and explorer the next time this happen.
We have not tried to retitle the name of the pdf. Is there a best practice on file names?

Based on your screenshot, the file-path's length might be an issue here, that's why renaming the file to shorten the path could help in this case. Otherwise, you can try copying or moving the file to a folder higher up in your folder structure.
