We aren't receiving an error code or response as much as the file is not there. Are you looking for a screen shot of both browser and explorer.

Jay,
I am having exactly the same issue Elijah was having. I created folders for 23 other users to use. Most people have no issues uploading. Some are uploading files and I can't see them. It seems the common thread is the new users to dropbox are having the issue.

Do they have enough quota to add things? Remember shared folders use up everybodys quota.
Are they able to view the files online at http://www.dropbox.com/home themselves?
