2 years agoHI there SergioBale - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Based on your description, I'd say that your shared links might have been banned due to excess bandwidth/traffic.
Just to make sure though, could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting and clarify the exact steps you take to do this as well as what you'd like to accomplish?

Does the link still work on its own, not through your website, and when you're not signed in to your Dropbox account? Test it in an Incognito/private browsing window. Share a screenshot of the result.

That link doesnt work in Incognito mode... But im sure i have the link open for everyone..
