How can I share folders above 5GB?

    If your friend has a Basic, Plus or Family account, then they can request files up to 2GB in size. They can request (and receive) more than 2GB of data, but the limit per upload is 2GB.

Are you a member of a shared folder that your friend invited you to? If so, you're still limited to the amount of space available in your own account, even if your friend's account has more space. See this help article for more information. Basically, if you only have a 2GB account, you wouldn't be able to put more than 2GB of data into the shared folder.
