How can I share folders above 5GB?
a friend sends me a request to share files for his drop box account, which has been working really well until this week, the files are never larger than 5GB and have been sharing fine, but this week ...

If your friend has a Basic, Plus or Family account, then they can request files up to 2GB in size. They can request (and receive) more than 2GB of data, but the limit per upload is 2GB.

thank you so much for replying soooo soon
he sends me a request and when i open it, it says he has sent me a request to upload files so i upload them, once uploaded it shows me a running figure going over the finish line and it works all fine
we started doing this becuz the other way just did not work, it kept getting confused looking at my drop box with no space so this is why we changed it to a request instead and its worked for ages, no problems at all

any help wud be very much appreciated
what i cant work my head around is why does drop box make all this so difficult lol, i dont want to upload to my dropbox only upload to his xx
