How do see who viewed or downloaded a folder?
I emailed a link to someone to view a folder. How can I see if they downloaded or viewed the folder?

Hi anaheimu, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, was this a shared link that you created?
Did you use the send and track feature, or the DocSend feature?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the info, if this case, it wouldn't be possible to determine if a user viewed, accessed or downloaded the folder or the files within.

Is it possible if I have a different account like a business account?

Instead of upgrading, you could also use the Dropbox Transfer feature, which does tell you when a transfer has been downloaded.

I see. But that won't help me with the link I manually e-mailed already, right?

That's correct, however, even if you upgrade now, it wouldn't be possible to determine any traffic as this shared link was been created prior to any upgrade.
