How to create a txt file?

Our team has a paid corporate subscription (standart), and it turns out we can't even create a trivial txt file! Are you kidding me or what? Or does Microsoft pay you money to let you use only their paid products?!

It's specifically about the web interface. Since the application does not allow me to upload files to public folders at all.

    There is no way to create on via Dropbox I'm afraid.

    Yeah. I don't understand why global brands with a huge history lose out so badly in service quality compared to third world no-names? Literally every other file-sharing site has a similar feature.

    Embarrassing. I'm ashamed of you. Such a trivial, basic, basic functionality and you don't have it. How is that possible? You are one of the world's very first file-sharing sites.
