How to prevent showing this "get the app" page when others open my shared links on mobile?

I've been considering switching back to dropbox but this thing just makes me hesitate.   How do you prevent this "get the app" page from showing up when you share a link to someone who opens it on ...

There is no setting to control that.

    I just want to point out to Dropbox that this is a noticeably selfish move on their part.

     

    I used to use Dropbox often to share videos and photos via the shared link. But now I have to add instructions to my messages, because even a moderately tech-saavy person might be confused into downloading Dropbox, creating an account, etc, all just to view a video I sent.

     

    In other words, they're putting their growth above the user/customer's experience 😑👎
