I can't open a shared link due to a "For some reason the file load failed" error.

I'm assuming refreshing the page didn't work, so I'd suggest opening the link from a different browser or a private browsing window as well, to see if it helps.

Is it possible that the owner of the file has deleted the file or the link itself? Is there a way to check that on your end?

I have already checked, by uploading a file, I copied the link and the file was deleted, and rightly so when I access the link of the file that was deleted, it obviously tells me that the file itself was deleted, while the error that I described to you does not say that it was deleted, so the file is there, but the site for some problem, cannot load the file, it is a dropbox problem

ming3838, even in that case, the best course of action would be to check with the owner of the file, if that’s possible (to make sure that both the original file and the shared link that was created for it are intact).
Let me know if that's not a possibility, though.
