I can't open a shared link due to a "For some reason the file load failed" error.

The link is right it's on his official website, I can't talk to a famous music artist🤣

That's your only course of action in this case. Dropbox can't help you with access to a file that you don't own. If there really is a problem with the link, the owner of the file can contact Dropbox for support.
Keep in mind, also, that just because the error you received doesn't indicate that the file was deleted, that doesn't necessarily mean that the file is still available. The link to the file could have been removed, or the account may have reached a bandwidth limit, etc. There are many, many reasons why a link could stop working.
In cases like this, all you can do is contact the owner of the link and notify them of the problem.
