I can't open the link (I have access to the folder and link is valid)
I have access to the shared folder and every time when the owner makes some changes:
1. I don't get an email about updates and my colleagues have to forward me messages
2. I can't open the link in these messages, everytime I'm sent to an error page

Hey tatiana suslova, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you're able to manually navigate to the shared folder when navigating your account online?
As for the error you're getting, could you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser and let me know how it goes?

Hi Walter Walter! Yes, I can navigate it manually. I cleared the cache and it didn't help:(

If you open the link from a different browser or a private browsing window, do you see the same error?
