Message everyone with access to shared folder with one click.
I am a Dropbox Business user with a company of ONE. I work freelance with a boat load of other people who are also freelance. I am a part of several projects a year and need to share folders with a new group of 30-100 people every few weeks - all of which are outside my organization since, as I mentioned, we're all freelancing individuals. As the shared folder owner, I often need to message everyone who has access to that folder. It is extremely tedious to look up and type in the email of each individual person. I would greatly benefit from a 'message everyone with access' to a shared folder feature.

Hi all, for anyone interested in this functionality, could you please clarify what format you're looking for to send a message?
Could it be a comment by any chance?

Hey everyone, did you get a chance to check Walter's reply above?

I would personally like an email to be sent to all members with view or edit access to a shared folder. Not everyone with access to my folders uses the desktop app and would see a comment. Additionally, the contents of the folder change often.

Thanks for the additional info, glamborous.
At the moment, after the creation of a shared folder, we do not have a way to notify the members with a certain access level.
However, upon folder creation, you can notify everyone who has access to the folder.
Under the folder name, you will see "Everyone with access to...".Under that option, there's a "Send them an email notification" option, which you can check to send the members an email notification.
Here's a screenshot, so you can have a visual.
I hope this helps!

thanks Hannah.
this IS a feature i use when adding new people to a folder, but this isn't helpful for when I'm alerting everyone to the updates in the folder... which can happen 1-7 times a week over the span of a project. each project spanning 3 weeks to 6 months with 30-100 freelance people per project. 7-12 projects per year. If i were able to go to "Share > Who can access" and then select "email all with access" or something similar, this would be so incredibly helpful. Less ideal, but still helpful, if i could download or copy a list of emails with access to the folder, that would still assist me.
