Hey,
FYI, I fixed this issue by unlinking my computer and relinking it.
I'm using Windows 7. Reinstalling Dropbox didn't have any effect.
Hope it helps!

Downloaded and installed version 30.4.22, the drop box icon on the bottom right of the screen shows syncing. Windows explorer still does not show the dropbox options when right clicking a dropbox folder or dropbox file. The win7 pro pc running dropbox 31.3.18 works fine.

In the Dropbox folder, can you see the syncing icons on the files and folders, they should be mostly green ticks with perhaps one or two blue arrows for the syncing files?
In Windows, please also ensure that you're not accessing the Dropbox folder via the 'Quick Access' or 'Favorites' on the left.
Instead navigate to the specific Dropbox folder with the Dropbox 'box' and look to see if there is any option from within that folder structure.

Dropbox is syncing, got the 2 white arrows and mouse-over shows indexing and # of files. Right clisk on the dropbox icon shows syncing and number of files remaining.
To access the dropbox folder in windows explorer, I and traversing from c:/ to the target dropbox folders.

Just to confirm, in the Dropbox folder, you do see the sync icons on all files and folders, correct?- epage7229 years agoExplorer | Level 3
No, I do not see the sync icon on files and folders on the win10 PC. I also don't see them on the Win7 PC which does work ok.
The sync icons are visable on a MAC though.
