Re: Shared link asks viewers to request access. Why does this happen?

Hi Nancy I don't want to delete any links as of yet, because I have hundreds of customers and I don't want to create more problems for other people if I delete links.

I have a Whole Shop folder of designs with multiple categories of folders inside the main folder. I want her to be able to access all the designs and be able to search by design name. She can get to the main folder page, but there is no search bar at top.

She has a free account, but I was told that there should still be a search bar function on free accounts? Thank you for trying to help!

Hey christy21 - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if your collaborator is signed into her account when accessing your shared links or not?

There should be a search bar when searching for files from a logged in state, that's why I'm asking.

You can either copy and paste it on your reply's box or use the camera icon instead christy21
