Sending a link to a video without allowing editing

I want to share a video link with a non-dropbox member.  When I send the link the recepient has the ability to edit the video.  How do I send the video without allowing changes?

Can you clarify the version of the OS you're using, along with the version of the Dropbox app that you have installed on your mobile device?

Im using android 13,

 

dropbox veersio 358.2.2
