Shared pdf displays other characters
Hi, if I send a link for a PDF doc the other party see's weird characters instead of the sentances

I'm guessing that if you try to preview the same .pdf document on your end, you don't face any issues, right?
Which platform do the recipients use, when trying to open the file?
Can you try to open the same document, using an incognito tab on your browser -where you're not signed into the account- to check if you get the same results?

Thx for the answer!
I got to know it only shows on preview, if somebody downloads it appears to be normal. They tried it on Chrome and Safari
