The files from my file requests are being uploaded to different folders.
Normally you just click a folder, do a file request and it's fine - now they're uploading into totally different folders, why? None of the files are going where I need them to be!

As a first step, can you clarify which browser you're using at the moment, and also confirm that you're following these steps?
I'd like you to also try a different browser, just to notice if the behavior remains the same there.
Keep in mind that when creating a file request, you should see a "Folder for uploaded files" and next to that you'll see the path to your new folder. You can always choose to change the destination, by pressing "Change Folder".
