The paperclip attachment button isn't working on the forum.
Attachment button in these posts has not worked for some time now. Any hints on why that is or solutions to fix? Or has that button been deactivated? Thanks!

Thanks for your post, amcoffice.
Out of curiosity, are you able to copy paste your screenshots/files on the forum? Or are you having trouble doing this, as well?
Let me know, and I’ll have a look.

Here's my "copy paste" attempt, might work if you're able to see it.
So simple,....if this does work, not sure why Dropbox folks in my post on folder-list problem did not recommend it weeks ago instead of trying to teach me how to use Dropbox link, for which I apparently could not figure out the correct "parameters."
But back to my question: is there an overall problem with the paperclip-attachment button on these posts or is it a problem just for me?
Thank you!

Hey amcoffice - sorry for the late response, but are you still having issues with this?

Thank you for the follow up, Walter.
Paperclip-attachment button in Community replies still does not work, even though all of the other buttons on the bottom of this reply appear to be working just fine. Any input welcome.

In that case, could you send us a screenshot of the paperclip icon as shown on your end so that we can have a visual too amcoffice?

Hey amcoffice,
Allow me to look into this. The paperclip button is only to attach links, not photos. However, you should be able to see a small camera image that allows you to select images to attach. I'll reach out to our Community provider and try to find out why you aren't seeing it.
Thanks for informing us about this.Emmet

Hmmmm.....wonder when did that system changed. Also curious why no one from Dropbox has mentioned the new paperclip-attachment limits or camera-image thing when I was trying to share attachments during folder-list issue a few weeks ago.
All good - I'll just do the paste thing for now.
If only Dropbox would address the awful photo-collage folder thumbnails and allow users to choose the plain blue folders for folder thumbnails. I'm probably going to open a new comment on that since it has closed my prior one, which is still getting comments and replies even after a very long time.

The Community software went through a major upgrade not long ago.
