Hannah - From my desktop, I have attempted to reply twice now with my video, but each time I am getting an error that my post has been deleted.
This is exceedingly frustrating. I do not wish to type out the steps. I have a very clear video.
Please have product (or yourself) email me for a copy of the video. Thank you!

3 years agoI see, thanks for letting us know, Dive-Dive-Dive.
In that case, can we send you an email on our end, so you can attach your video file to your reply?

Iâm going to try one last time here with the âembed video URLâ function. Tagging you Hannah so that you see this message even if itâs deleted for some reason. đ

Hi Dive-Dive-Dive, can you try one last step for me, please?
I'd like for you to open the photos library, and copy the image there. Then try to paste it in Paper.
To copy the photo, you can tab the "..." for the image when previewing it, or when looking at the overview, you can long press, and copy from there.

Megan â I'm happy to report that copy-pasting of an image asset from the camera-roll into the Dropbox Paper app works perfectly.
Only the direct import (from the video) seems to be malfunctioning.

Hi Everybody,
I have reported this to the appropriate team and confirmed that it is a bug with the iOS paper app. We do not have an ETA on a fix. In the meantime, you can copy & paste image assets as a workaround.
Regards,
Ben
