WeVideo imports not importing

So, in WeVideo I have tried to upload things through the website and when they upload they just turn black, not uploading and in the upload processing area it says %0. So on my phone, I get the wevideo app and try and upload things from my phone to wevideo and now it says my videos are failing to upload, and I need to edit a video. What do I do?

    Can you please clarify how Dropbox comes into play here?

     

    Are you trying to import files from Dropbox to WeVideo?

     

    If you're using the Dropbox website, can you try from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
