Why can't I upload 500GB of files to a 3TB Drive?

Hello,

I seemingly cannot upload 435GB of videos to a 3TB Dropbox Drive. I just recently bought a plan of Dropbox Professional 2 hours ago, and my plan still says Basic, but it also says I have 3TB of storage. When I try to drag and drop it (using Windows 11 File Explorer), it tells me that Dropbox does not have the space required to take all of these files. Is there a file limit I'm missing? To be exact, the number of files I am trying to upload is 1,624. Do I need to drag and drop the files to the webpage instead?

Thank you,

Landon

Are you sure it isnt that your computer is saying you dont have enough space? Dropbox is just a regular folder on your device like any other - you can (after upload) make things online only but at least initially you need the space to upload
