Currently, it isn't possible to have more than two Dropbox folders syncing on one computer profile.
Only one personal and one work account can be linked together, and have syncing folders in Explorer.

Filezilla can be used to setup a separate connection for each Dropbox account.
Protocol: Dropbox
Host: api.dropbox.com
FTP sync options are available to finetune the connection.

There aren't any official options to use FTP with Dropbox. If a third party app or service is providing a way to connect to Dropbox via FTP, then it wouldn't be something we could provide support on at this time.
