0 bytes on disk - basic account
On a new Windows 11 laptop, many files are showing as 0 bytes on disk, in both Dropbox and Windows Explorer properties. These are files of all sizes, not just tiny ones. I have only basic account, so...

Try reinstalling Dropbox, and making sure its running: www.dropbox.com/downloading

That isnt correct. Online only is available to all customers: https://help.dropbox.com/sync/access-files-offline

There is no "Make available offline" option on the menu, for any file or folder, in either Windows File Explorer or Dropbox online. I had assumed that was because it was a basic account, from what I read elsewhere. So, how can I get to that option?

Huh, well reinstalling does seem to have restored those options. Odd, as it was only a couple of weeks ago that I installed it in the first place. Anyway, thanks!
