Account erroneously locked because of "full storage"
My personal account has been locked for several months because Dropbox is claiming the storage is full. Their error is that I had a work account I was a team member of that was closed and deleted. ...

That is because the files are still in your Dropbox - the Team files are now part of your account. You need to delete them. OR you need to leave the team folders.
ALL files you see at www.dropbox.com/home are using your quota, not just your own personal ones.
