Erroneous "Your Dropbox is full" message
I am getting a regular "Your Dropbox is full" pop-up - but I have plenty of space. This 'appears' to have become a problem since I've added a Work dropbox - though that meay be a red herring. ...
- 9 years agoDrat. Was going to direct you to the thread for that official build, but, it doesnt exist!
Can I suggest logging a ticket at http://bit.ly/cm-support and maybe copying in this threads URL? Replies may take time, especially as its a bank holiday weekend but you can track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

9 years agoHi all!
Apologies about this, we had a slight issue at our end, it's possible that you received âOver Quotaâ notifications by mistake if you are a Dropbox Pro / Dropbox Plus user on Windows 10.
We've fixed this problem and you should no longer see the notification. If you do, then it may be unrelated to the issue. Any support tickets submitted to the Support team will of course still be answered, but if you no longer see the issue and it looks to you like you're not approaching your limit then you can relax.
Many apologies.
Happy Dropboxing!

Hi,
I'm not a pro user, but my dropbox account genuinely became full a couple of weeks ago, which is where I got my first notification - correctly.
I then resolved the space issue immediately so I'm just over 50% usage, but every day since I've had the windows 10 notification telling me it's full.
Any other suggestions? I do have my dropbox files on my main hd (same as the OS)
Many thanks,
AP.
