I keep getting a message informing me my Dropbox is full, but I have no files.
Why do I keep geting a message informing me my Dropbox is full and to upgrade when I have deleted all files?

Would you mind taking a closer look at your plan page and letting me know what it reports?
is it possible that you've accidentally enabled our Backup feature?
Keep me posted!
