Many thanks Megan for your help. I wish I received such prompt replies to queries in my dealings with other organisations. Can you please let me know what Regular Files (1.2GB) and Backup (1.2 GB) refer to ? The files listed are as I expected.

Hi Gordon T.1 and welcome back to the Dropbox Community! I’m really glad to hear you were able to get things sorted and thank you for coming back to share your experience. It’s always helpful when someone follows up, especially on storage questions like this ✨.
By the way, I’m Theresa 👩💻, one of the Community Managers here. Since you’ve been managing your storage closely, I’d love to know... do you have a favourite Dropbox feature that helps you stay organised or makes managing your files a bit easier?
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hello Theresa, I have used Dropbox for a few years because, for me, it is a convenient & safe cloud storage for important files that I may need to refer to at any time. And it provides security for these files should my PC become faulty.
Regards,
Gordon.
