My account's quota says it's full, but my account is empty.
Dropbox Plan
Basic
Device
Dell Inspiron i7 3000
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 11
My basic plan says it's full. Only it's not. There's nothing there. Nothing in the folders. It says it's doing backup from an SSD drive only it's not. I stopped it. Nothing is backed up. At least, I cannot find whatever it says it's backed up. And now I'm getting this constant synching is stopped because you're full. Only, like I said, there's nothing in my dropbox. Nada. Zip. All of the folders in dropbox are empty, including temp folders, cache etc... Short of deleting dropbox completely, which I am sorely tempted to do at this point, what's going on and what can I do?
Hey anjgiell1ott, let's jump right into this!
Can you access your account's plan page, and send me a screenshot of what it reports?
Also, you mentioned that you're using our Backup feature. Can you visit your Backups page, and let me know the status of the SSD drive? Does it show as active, or not?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Ah, now right away you've answered a question because I could not access my backup and so the link you posted gave me access to the backup. There's my drive backed up, but I stopped it synching when it told me dropbox was full a few days ago, although I couldn't see the drive on dropbox at all. So I have now deleted my drive, because what's the point of backing up if it stops, and I can't easily see it from my main page? So, thanks for this. I may delete dropbox as it serves no real purpose for me.
