Out of space even after deleting files
I have deleted so many files and folders and my storage space has not changed. In searching I've noticed this issue stems back about 8 years but there seems to be so much confusion around it. Can som...

I had to delete backups and then when I delete other files logout and back in, then it shows the freed space. Thank you!

3 years agoHi jillspen, can you also look into whether you have any shared folders that might be taking up your space?
You can check this in the plan tab of your account settings. Or perhaps you have any backup enabled.
Let me know what you find.

It's only 500mg. Why didn't deleting large files and folders not free up space? It's perpetually stuck at 1.8GB out of 2GB. This is really aggravating.
