Space usage is incorrect

Hi all!
Help is needed. In fact, 50 mb have already been occupied in my dropbox for a long time. But the account says that 3.15 GB is used. How to restore?

Hey AleksandrMoskalev, thanks for joining our Community!
Did you perhaps enable our backup feature at any point?
Do you see any backups taking up your space here?
Let me know what you find.

It doesn't seem to be included. But it is not exactly. In any case, I do not see any backups in my account. There are only two folders weighing 50 MB.

Not problem, we can look into this further, if you want.
Can we send you an email?

Hello! I have the same problem.
The folders and files on my hard drive in my Dropbox are about 9GB, but the app says my files are almost 20GB when I have 16.8GB in my account.

Hello!
I have 16.8GB in my Basic account, and at the moment Dropbox is saying it's full - 19,8 GB used. However, the Dropbox folder on my hard drive only contains about 9GB. - fo2_lejardinhotels3 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Dear Dropbox,
My Dopbox backup is empty but status is: Using 4.03 GB of 2 GB storage
All my files are around 900Mb!
What is going on?

Hi Community
Lately my Dropbox app tells me i should have a look on my Files as i'm running out of space... Which irritates me a bit since I switched off all autosync folders and functions. Basically i only use Dropbox as a second Cloud for my old files which i was too lazy to transfer to my NAS.
On my local Disk all the Dropbox Files take 370MB of Space. While Dropbox calculates my used Disk Space as 6.6GB.
Anybody have an Idea what it could be or how to solve it?
