Storage data is glitching, saying I have way more than I actually have
Storage data is saying I have wayyy more than what I actually have. I have deleted a bunch of stuff and it's barely gone down.. I also removed myself from any shared folders/files.
I had under 5 gigs of stuff in there and now suddenly its saying i have 98 gigs and I keep getting offers to upgrade. No, i don't want to upgrade.. the 5 gigs works just fine for what I need Dropbox for.. I'm not sure why all of a sudden, my storage is way over usage limits. I'm about to delete everything and see what happens.. but I think i might just stop using dropbox bc I can't seem to get any help. And there's always Google Drive..

Hi SachaShaw, I hope you’re doing well.
Just to clarify, if you visit your All files page, do you see the same shared files there or do they only show when clicking on your Shared tab?

I had to delete everything from my dropbox account because it gave storage errors. However after deleting everything (My dropbox is empty everywhere), the information about the available space still does not get updated (2.03gb of 2gb used)....I erased every document I have and all the share documents so it is not that. Can someone solve this problem for me please?

Wait a couple of hours and check the space usage again. It's not always instant anymore. Also, check your Backups page for any space being used.
