Storage Space full even after subscription
Hi!
I have upgraded the Dropbox to 2TB yet my team members aren't able to upload the files. I have given them the access to my dropbox still they aren't able to upload it.
please help!
Hey virtualgaintechnologies, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Like Rich mentioned, shared folders take up space in each member's account, so your other members would need space as well.
If you want them to upload files to your account, without affecting their quotas, you can send them a file request instead.
If you'd like to upgrade to a Dropbox Business account, you can also do that and your Plus subscription will immediately end and any remaining credit will be refunded to the original payment method.
I hope this helps!

You upgraded. They have not. If you've shared a folder with them, they're still limited to the amount of available space in their account, and shared folders count against their storage.
Remember that each member of a shared folder has their own copy of the folder in their account. They're not uploading directly to you.

If it is so then buying that 2TB storage is waste?

Hi!
I have upgraded the Dropbox to 2TB yet my team members aren't able to upload the files. I have given them the access to my dropbox still they aren't able to upload it. Is it waste of money for upgrading to 2TB plan if my team members are not able to share the files?
please help!

Hello,
I have mistakenly paid for the 2TB plan not knowing that its only for 1 user. Can I change my plan to "Business" for teams for 3+ users and by getting the refund of 2TB plan?
Please Help!

Hello!
I have purchased a plus plan mistakenly instead of business family plan, will the amount get refunded of the previous plan after we changed the subscription to business account?

Hey virtualgaintechnologies, yes indeed, as mentioned, if you upgrade to Dropbox Business, any remaining credit on the Plus plan will be refunded to your payment method.
I hope this clarifies things, but let me know if you have any more questions!

Credits means is it the storage or Money Paid?
I know that if I upgraded to Business Plan the storage and Users will also get added.
But I want the money of Plus account to get refunded after upgrading to Business Plan.

Yes, I was referring to the remaining money, it will get refunded back to you. 🙂
