Just to add, we have a super new Sync & Storage dashboard on the Desktop App which will help you.
This dashboard provides an overview of your current sync status, disk usage and any issues that might be happening, and it allows you to resolve them quickly and effectively.
1. Click (Dropbox) in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the bottom-left corner.
3. Click Sync & storage
