Unable to access shared folder despite having enough space.
I'm trying to access a shared folder that's 24GB. I upgraded my plan to the Plus and I don't any files stored. The interface tells me I don't have enough space. Does anyone know why that might be?

Sounds like your upgrade either hasnt gone through OR you upgraded the wrong account.
Check at https://www.dropbox.com/manage/subscriptions/ to see what it is.
If you paid by card use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to see what account was upgraded.
