Unknown "Backup" taking my space

hi there! In my dropbox page i have unknown backup. I cant delete it, even i can not see it in my mobile or desktop apps. i can only view in online page. the 1 that i shared with ss.

    i have read this steps but i can not do them on my os. Tnx for the Backup page link. this fix my issue now i must locate this backup in my hard drive

    Hi! Despite deleting every backup it keeps telling me i have no space.

    My Dropbox Backup Beta is empty (if open, it asks me to configure the first backup) but my personal Dropbox account still full:

    Should I just wait or is there something else to do?

    Hi Hanna!

     

    Thank you for the reply, I've solved a few minutes ago!
    After disabling the backup service I have to delete the backup file manually from https://www.dropbox.com/backup/all (Page reachable only from the top-left menu of the desktop web panel)
