Weird email regarding my quota
I got this mail that said "Eligibility confirmed: Pär, you'll lose access to your files if you don't act soon!"
I don't understand why? They said I could upgrade and pay for more space, but what has that to do with losing access to my files? Looked legit, but is it a scam?

Hi Pelleba, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what email you're referring to?
A screenshot (while hiding any personal info) would help me greatly!

There should be a camera icon in the reply box, or you can copy and paste the image directly into the reply.

Provided that you're below the quota level according to the plan page, you should still be able to access, add and edit files on your account.

Hey Debra G.3 - thanks for the screenshot.
This seems like a legit email from Dropbox, based on the email address it's coming from. When exactly did you get this if I may ask? Also, what is your plan tab reporting in regards to your quota at the moment?
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email of yours?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
